Mining LADS

A Mining LAD is a type of lad that would mine asteroids to collect resources for construction LADS. The Mining LADS deploy mining robots to mine asteroids. Sometimes the mining robots grapple on to small asteroids and pull them to construction LADS to be refined into resources for building space stations, repairing LADS and making new LADS.

Recovery LADS

A Recovery LAD could orbit around a planet, so if an astronaut gets stranded or stuck they will have some supplies to keep them alive until they can be saved. Inside the Recovery Lad is a 3D printer, pee to water purification, food storage, hydroponic farming equipment, frozen seeds, a reactor, first aid kits, oxygen tanks and generators, space suits, solar panels and medical supplies. These are all basic human needs and they are needed for many reasons such as surviving in a hostile environment, growing food and being self sufficient, treating injuries and generating power.
